I believe communication is the key to a good patient-dentist relationship. With good communication, the patient is well equipped to make the correct treatment decision for their needs. I pride myself in communicating, and working, in a relaxed and patient-friendly manner so that our treatment plan is performed in an easy and stress-free environment.
I enjoy the wide variety of procedures that being a general practitioner offers. To ensure I perform all the general dental procedures to the highest standard, I regularly attend courses, lectures, and conferences to keep my training up to date.
I graduated from Newcastle University in the UK (recently named as the Number 1 dental school in the UK) in 2014 and worked in the NHS for 18 months prior to arriving in the Bay of Plenty. My fiance and I have loved our time here in Tauranga so far, and spend our weekends exploring the rest of New Zealand. I have maps of the North and South islands on my wall so that my patients can recommend places for us to travel to! My hobbies include swimming, running and photography.
